Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations Policy

1. Physical Products

If you purchase any physical goods from our website (such as merchandise or training materials), the following return policy applies:

  • Return Window: You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Ammunition, opened training materials, or any personalized merchandise are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. (Less any applicable credit card fees)

2. Class Registration – Refunds and Cancellations

Our firearms classes are offered on a scheduled basis and involve limited seating. As such, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

Student Cancellations

  • 72 Hours or More Before Class: Full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. (Less any applicable credit card fees)
  • Less than 72 Hours Before Class: No refund. You may reschedule once to a future class date (based on availability) with a $25 rescheduling fee.
  • No-Show: If you do not attend your scheduled class and do not notify us in advance, no refund or rescheduling will be granted.

Cancellations by Coastal Carry Academy

  • If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor illness, minimum enrollment not met), you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Digital Products or Online Content

  • All sales of digital products (such as downloadable guides or video content) are final and non-refundable.
